Features:
1. Appearance: White crystalline powder, transparent or semi transparent large crystalline. Relative density (d415) 2.165, melting point 801 ℃, boiling point 1413 ℃. It is soluble in water and glycerol, slightly soluble in ethanol and liquid chlorine, and almost insoluble in concentrated sulfuric acid.
2. Characteristics: Soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol. Decompose when exposed to acid. When heated to 90 ℃, 1 molecule of crystalline water is lost, and when heated to 190 ℃, it decomposes.
3. Storage requirements: It should be sealed in a cool and dry place for storage.
4. Usage: Used as a reference substance for analyzing and measuring silver nitrate, routine blood tests, liver function tests, preparing bacterial serological culture media, food preservatives, analytical reagents, preparing sodium and chloride ion standard solutions, and as a sample flux in X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy and emission spectroscopy analysis.
